We acknowledge your complaint within 24–48 working hours.

Our team evaluates your request and responds within 3–5 working days.

If your concern is approved, an exchange, repair, or refund will be initiated as per our internal quality policy.

To ensure a smooth resolution, please:

Raise the grievance within 7 days of product delivery.

Keep the item unused, in original packaging, until reviewed.

Provide clear product photos showing the issue.
